Pack Life's inaugural in house competition.
The Pack Life Games is a day for our whole community to come together, celebrate their fitness gainz that they have been working so hard on during the year, and have a seriously fun day out!
Teams of two men or two women (MM/FF) have a choice to compete in one of two different divisions.
BAM (Badass in the making) this division is aimed at our members who have not been doing CrossFit for a long time or at members who just want a super fun day out. It will be programmed somewhere between the Fitness and the Performance class level but can be scaled further to suit the athletes current level of fitness. This really is a division for anyone.
Rx - This Division is for those members who are comfortable with the majority of CrossFit movements and have been training for a while. It will not include very heavy weights or super high skilled gymnastics movements but if you and your partner are looking to test your fitness, this is the place to do it.
