IMPORTANT UPDATE
Following the statement from the President, on Sunday 15 March 2020, regarding the COVID-19 VIRUS the Southcoast Fitness Festival organizers and necessary authorities have decided to take the following precautions:
- Online Registration will commence from 20 March – 15 May 2020. Only 75 team spots will be available until further notice.
- Entry fee will remain R1 650 p/team. Upon registration all teams will only pay a non-refundable R500 deposit p/team.
- The R500 will secure your team ENTRY as well as your ATHLETES PACK.
- On Monday 1st June 2020 confirmation will be given if the event will continue as usual. If so, all teams entered will be required to pay the outstanding R1 150 for the competition to commence.
- In the case of the event being CANCELED, all teams entered will still receive their athlete’s packs via courier.
The Southcoast Fitness Festival team along with the local authorities will do everything in our power to make this unique event possible.
