We will run a fun day with 3x PARTNER-Workouts, EHOH-style (Every hour on the Hour at 8.00/09.00/10.00), with a braai and price giving afterwards.
Workouts are designed to be able to be done by EVERYONE, as we also offer a "modified" version of all movements programmed, so grab a friend and sign up NOW, Spots are Limited!

EXPERIENCE LEVEL NEEDED: NONE. This is open for Everyone, and both CCF-members and non members alike.
ENTRY FEE: R100 + Bring a clothing item/blanket for those in need for Winter (we'll have boxes to drop off in and we'll then deliver to a shelter in the area).
