Established to bring together the fitness community from all over the country to compete for the title fittest team at Arnold Classic South Africa.

Teams of 2: RX, Scaled and Masters (40+/35+)
Individual Teens: Ages: 14 - 15 / 16 - 17
Entry Fee (Payment via PayFast): Teams: R1650 per team / Teens Individuals: R900 per athlete
