Beasts of the East Head to Head Showdown will involve a variety of challenging events that are targeted at testing the fitness of OCR Athletes as well as Crossfit Athletes. The events will ensure neither category of athlete is left disappointed by providing the teams with fun, yet challenging events that push them outside of their comfort zones. Are you up for the challenge?
Team formats will consist of either 2 males or 2 females
There will be an Elite Division and a Intermediate Division
Categories: Elite / Intermediate (2 Males/Females per team)
Entry Fee: R600 per entry
